About us
Mr & Mrs Wilks Limited provide personalised accounting services to a broad range of clients. We are here to help with financial decisions and with the every day accounting part of businesses. We want to make your life easier so you can spend more time with your business.
We have a combined knowledge of over 60 years in Finance, working both in practice and industry. This has given us an insight into various lines of business from manufacturing and construction through to Charity accounting.

Bookkeeping
We can provide a bookkeeping services for a range of different clients. Our bookkeeping services can be arranged to suit you, whether this is at your premises or off site.
Financials and Year end
Our financial services provide you with comfort, knowing that everything is being dealt with. From day to day accounting through to year end account preparation and even management accounts.
Payroll
At Mr & Mrs Wilks we can make sure that all payroll needs are met in the correct timeframes and advise on upcoming changes to legislation. Whether you have two employees or more we can provide you with piece of mind that your payroll needs are covered.
VAT
VAT returns can be done monthly, quarterly or even yearly. We can help you become VAT registered as and when the time comes. We will also update you on changes to VAT rules and legislation.
TAX
We provide a varied range of taxation services including Corporation tax, personal and CIS Tax and so that you don't get bogged down, we can help you with filing your monthly returns with the Inland Revenue.
Month End
We will process your month end routines so your management accounts are as accurate as they can be ready for you to use as a management tool.
Our fees

Self Assessment Tax Returns
Our fees for a simple Tax Return start at £75. We will look after you from start to finish.
We will prepare all the documents needed for you to sign off and we will submit to HMRC directly for your convienience.

Full Company Accounts
We can prepare, meet and submit your company accounts for as little as £150.
Depending on your needs for the company accounts we can do the above along with a corporation tax return and submission of all information to Companies House and HMRC.

Bookkeeping
We offer bookkeeping services for as often or as little as your business needs. Our pricing can start at £25 per month depending on what is required to maintain a high quality bookkeeping service.
